How does the Guestlist Membership work?
You will receive an invitation a few hours before the event, based on your membership type, granting you access to a specific event selected by us.
How does the All Access Membership work?
The All Access Membership allows you to access all Zamna events worldwide, according to the terms and conditions of your membership.
When does the Guestlist program start?
It is already active with the Tulum season. For the included events, you will receive an invitation a few hours before the event.
How many entries are allowed with the Guestlist Membership?
There is no fixed number of entries. Availability will be determined on an event-by-event basis, which is why invitations are sent on short notice.
How is Guestlist access managed?
You will be provided with a code, similar to a ticket, that will grant entry if you have received the invitation.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No, memberships are non-transferable. You will need to present a valid ID to access the events.
Can I choose which events to attend with the Guestlist Membership?
No, the available events will be determined by our team and communicated directly to members. Invitations will be sent based on availability and the type of membership purchased.
What happens if I cannot attend the event I was invited to?
If you cannot attend, the invitation is non-transferable and cannot be used for another event.
What documents do I need to bring to gain access?
You must present a valid ID that matches the name registered on the membership.
Can I purchase a membership for a friend or give it as a gift?
Yes, but it must be registered in the name of the person who will use it.
